What Is Fitness To You?

Is it about walking faster, breathing better, having more balance, being more flexible or have you never really thought about it?

Before you begin any program, think about what you want to get out of it.  What do you expect to gain, and what will you consider as having been successful. No matter our age or state of fitness and mobility, there is room for improvement.

Simple movements, stretches and balance exercies make it easy to do. Stan has created a unique method of teaching his system of movement exercises. Check here for class information.

The movements, once learned, can be done anywhere, anytime with no equipment other than comfortable clothes. All that is needed willingness to improve physical and mental health through gentle repetitive movement of your body.

Practicing increases and enhances balance, leg strength, flexibility and coordination. Due to the concentration needed to perform the movements, the system also works as a form of meditation and stress relief.
