Grilled Cheddar & Hummus Whole grain Sandwich
This treat from a frind of mine I met at a local networking event sounded to good to not share.
Grilled Cheddar & Hummus Whole grain Sandwich w/ sweet potato fries and house salad (2) ppl
- (4) slices of whole grain bread
- (4) slices of cheddar cheese
- (1/2 cup of store bought hummus)
- 2 pieces of iceberg lettuce
- 2 slice tomato
- Couple slices of onions
- 2 cups of store made sweet potato fries
- 2 cups spring mix
- ¼ cup diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon assorted bell peppers
- 1 tablespoon green slice olives
- ¼ cup of shredded carrots
- ½ cup slice cucumber
- Preheat oven 400 degrees. Spray sheet pan with pan spray put sweet potato fries. Bake 15 until golden brown
- Take (4) slices of bread spread hummus on all slices. Then (1) slice of cheese per each slice. Add iceberg, tomato and onion and close sandwich
- Mix spring mix with all vegetables in mixing bowl
- Use Oil & Vinegar or dressing of choice
- Total preparation time 30-35 minutes
