What is important to you in regards to “keeping fit” as you grow older

This may very well be my shortest post yet.   However, it is because I am requesting your help.

In looking to determine some of my program development I realize it is not about what I want to work on, but more about what those I am looking to help are concerned about so….

The request is a simple one:

Choose one of the following about which is most important to you:

Flexibility   or   Strength   or   Balance   or   Breathing
