The woman is so enthusiastic in class, full of smiles, and you can see her working to absorb the movements and make them her own.

Someone once asked the presenter in a seminar I attended “what is the bestform of  exercise I should be doing”.  The presenter smiled and said simply: “the one you actually do and keep doing”.

For me, and as I hope for a good number of my students this ended up as Tai Chi and Qigong movement.
