The benefit of practicing Tai Chi and Qigong … A different viewpoint.

There are many wonderful things about Tai Chi, Qigong and my own brand of ChiforLiving exercises.

One of the best benefits of practicing however it what it is not about.

  • It is not about age… it is good for people of any age
  • It is not about the equipment … there is none
  • It is not about the space… anywhere works .. outside is great!
  • It is not about competition .. there are not belts or trophies
  • It is not about working yourself to death … it is gentle

What is it? It is all about you, leaning how you move, learning to listen to and feel your body. It is about your health and well being.

It is about the quality of your life more that just about the length of it.

It is not magic, or religion, or a cult. It is about working with yourself in mind, body and spirit to harmonize and balance internal and external physical aspects with your emotional and spiritual sides.

For the practitioner, regardless of age, the practice of Tai Chi, Qigong and ChiforLiving is about caring for your life, being and feeling well.
