When you’re broken, acting whole can get you through.

September 10, 2020

I teach a lot, it is what I do, and have been doing for nearly 15 years now. I teach to groups, private classes, live in person and now virtually.

It is far from easy for me. I am an empath, I stutter and I have poor social skills. I am broken actually, but mange to deal with life out of sheer willpower.

I did an interview with Richard Kaufman recently where we talked about my youth, growing up with a stutter and some of the effects it had on me.

We got into some of the secrets that not many folk know about my history, and he was quite surprised that I do what I do now.

The bottom line from the interview is that I teach because I know what Qigong has done for me. Tai Chi as well as that is where I started this journey, but more so Qigong.

I teach with is as the why: I want to share this with as many as I can so that I can help as many as I can. I need to do this.

It helps keep me whole and working. It keeps me from being empty.

The action of teaching, the process of Qigong, and the focus of doing both helps me act normal in public.

It calms my mind, soothes my soul and moves me along my process of constant healing.
