When the moment in time is fluid

Qigong is great for so many things, and one of them is helping you learn to be in the moment.

Being present is often an overused word of the decade kind of thing. But in this art, it is true, and should be practiced with each session you do.

It goes hand in hand with preparing for what comes next, as what comes next is the following present.

So, if you can follow my logic, prepping for what’s next keeps you present, feeling exactly where you are, sensing as close to 100% of your physical and energetic bodies as you can and flowing right into what’s next, or the new current present.

Instantly and continually changing, sensing, feeling and adjusting. In tune and fine tuning.

You turn off the noise, tune out the self judgements, ignore the world and simply be.

Breathing, expanding and contracting, moving body, blood, oxygen and Qi. One with yourself and the universe, in a perfect picture view of course.

The issue is, too many don’t take the time to build skills to get to that point. For me, it’s still a work in progress. But ya know what. No matter your level of expertise, Qigong is always a work in progress.

No perfection, simply and ongoing search for better.
